Second time staying here. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good and well stocked. Room was clean. Pool area was also clean. Only one person in our party was able to log into the wifi, but we didn't care enough to ask for help.
Emma is so amazing! We had issues with our room keys and she went above and beyond to try and fix it. Then we had issues with both TV's due to the storm we had the day before, and she made it right! Emma deserves a raise she went above and beyond what her position calls for!!
Unexpectedly we had to get a room due to poor weather conditions. The front desk staff was very friendly and room was clean. We arrived middle of night so it was quiet, the bed was quite firm and we slept so great. I highly recommend and would stay here again.
Emma at the front desk is a breath of fresh air. Approachable, freindly and professional. Alot of help and a great aditude. Very freindly and great sense of humar. Give this girl a rase!
Overall we really enjoyed this hotel, however, the breakfast was the least good of a hotel breakfast we’ve had and two of our towels in our room looked used (blood spots on one, dirt on the other). The desk staff were polite, the coffee in the lobby never ran out, and our jacuzzi in our room was satisfactorily cleaned! We’d definitely stay again, just check our towels before using them and plan on bringing breakfast items. The suite had a great wet bar area that was perfect for whipping up snacks to bring to a party we attended in town! Rooms were well insulated so you didn’t hear traffic or your hotel room neighbors!
Every single person I met on the staff was so kind and helpful. My room was very clean and this place just has a great vibe.
Very accommodating. Friendly staff, really quite. There were several vehicles that stayed over but you wouldn't know anyone was there. The walls were not thin at all. Very easy off and on the hwy. Several fast food places close by.
I’ve stayed here a handful of times over the past couple of years for work. Staff is always friendly, rooms & hallways are always clean, beds are comfortable, amenities are nice, and the complimentary hot breakfast options (typically eggs and sausage or bacon) is a great way start to the day. I noticed a few guys enjoying drinks at the lobby bar as well, which is neat to have.
